BasePay

Your base payWe think that being paid the right amount for what you do is really important. So we make sure your base pay reflects your role, your performance and overall contribution. We also review your pay every year to make sure its still competitive.

Short-term incentives

Short-term incentives are just one of the ways we encourage you to do your best. They help deliver our business targets and give you the recognition you deserve. Bonus schemes are a great example. They're designed to drive the highest levels of performance. From us and from you.

Long-term incentives

Being invited to take part in long-term incentive plans is really something to aspire to. They're limited to a select few and based on extraordinary performance. Long-term incentives are designed to give you bigger goals to aim for, with bigger rewards to encourage you to stick around and achieve them. We've got two long-term incentive plans. The Telefónica Performance Share Plan is based on actual shares, while shares from the Damemonde Performance Cash Plan are paid in cash.

Holiday

There are plenty of other benefits to enjoy. Some will depend on your position in Damemonde and are contractual, while some are there for you to choose. When it comes to holidays, everyone at Damemonde gets a minimum of 23 days a year, with bank holidays on top.
